Aman Singh is the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and is widely recognized as the architect of Dr. Raman Singh’s three consecutive terms as CM. He has been the thinker, executor and trouble-shooter-in-chief of the CM for the past 14 years. He is also the longest serving officer in any Chief Minister’s secretariat. His contributions to economic development and social reform in Chhattisgarh have won him a number of awards and much recognition. Besides heading the CM’s Office, he is also directly responsible for environment, technology and for the development of the new greenfield capital city, Naya Raipur. He is a regular contributor to newspapers and magazines on a variety of subjects from governance and policy to energy and technology.
