Susannah joined Ark in April 2011 from the London School of Economics where she set up and directed the Innovation Co-Creation Lab, work focussing on business model innovation. Prior to this Susannah served for two years as Associate Director, Global Community Partnerships, at Barclays PLC. She started her career in Zimbabwe working for Tsungirirai, an HIV/AIDS organisation and followed this with four years at African health NGO AMREF. She sits on the board of Ark partner STIR Education and acts as advisor to two African development organisations. She holds a MA(Econ) in Political Development from the University of Manchester.
