Served as Finance Secretary to Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
Conferred with 2 Governor’s Gold Medals and President’s Award for Best Electoral Practices besides various civic awards by citizens for citizen-centric administration including naming of a road in Diu.
One Gold Medal was for electrifying China Border inaccessible remote villages of Lohit in 1997, 50 years after independence making them see electricity for the first time in history.
Second Gold Medal was as Finance Secretary successfully extricating the Arunachal Pradesh from financial breakdown and collapse through rigorous financial discipline and monitoring.
The President’s Award for Best Electoral Practices was for using innovative measures for breaking urban apathy of youth in electoral process and for first time making polling stations in Delhi disabled-friendly.
